Requirements of this position:
Maintain vehicle harness layout topology until operation ?Need to predict the thickness of the wiring harness accordng to the equipment, and make it into DMU. Meanwhile, test and update the DMU data. Submit to SVW parts layout drawing and diameter forecast drawing.
Layout wiring harness in SVW DMU, maintain a DMU data list and mark the latest valid data in the position of KVS.
Before 4 weeks Stamping Parts BF, Complete holes, bolt locations Requirements List.
The temporary PDM is used for guiding PT sample wire installation. Provide temporary to make Formal PDM.
In accordance with the requirements of acceptance team complete the appropriate DMU acceptance data.
Complete FMEA format and complete DMU data interference, bend radius, wear protection and other tests.
Check several complete PDM related to the wiring harness to see whether they are consistent with the real
Vehicle production companionship, feedback and process site problems.
Assist LD Engineer to complete AEM information .
bachelor degree; fluent in English
